Dr. Lorin W. Rice
Dr. Rice has been involved with dentistry for over 20 years. He received his BA from Western Washington University and then attended Portland State University for pre-dental work and Oregon Health & Science University for his DMD. Dr. Rice is the founding dentist at Laurelwood Dental.
Dr. Rice finds dental work rewarding because he enjoys working with people and improving their lives. His capabilities in diagnosing and solving dental problems as well as supporting proactive dental health have helped Dr. Rice establish a successful practice. Dr. Rice and his wife, Charlotte deRenne, have two sons, Alex and Ben. When he's not working, he enjoys hiking, skiing, home projects, travel and spending time with his family.

Dr. Reed T. Hall
Originally from Southern California, Dr. Hall attended the University of California Los Angeles for his undergraduate work and studied dentistry at University of the Pacific in San Francisco. Dr. Hall enjoys his work at Laurelwood Dental because of their approach to dentistry, which concentrates on overall health rather than on individual problems.
One of his specialty areas is modern technology, such as intra-oral cameras and laser decay detection, which he uses to his patients' benefit. Dr. Hall takes advantage of all available techniques and materials, whether new technology or traditional medicine, to find the solutions that work best for each individual patient. Dr. Hall married his wife Christine in 1999. Outside of the office, he tackles all the outdoor pursuits that Oregon has to offer, including snowboarding, hiking and climbing. |
