Our office hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday. If you have an emergency, please call our office immediately at 503-284-3575. Our doctors are available 24 hours a day.

Insurance
We will assist you in determining your benefits and billing your insurance company. Your portion of the payment will be estimated at the time of service for your convenience. Please keep us informed of any changes in your insurance coverage.

Payments
We offer several payment options to meet your needs. We give a 10% discount for cash payment at the time of service for those patients not covered by dental insurance. We also accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
